Dr. Miles J. Pfaff, MD, MHS

My name is Miles J. Pfaff and I am a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with subspecialty training in craniofacial surgery.

I am currently an assistant professor within the Department of Plastic Surgery at the University of California, Irvine and treat patients at both the UC Irvine Medical Center and at the Children's Hospital of Orange County. I offer specialized care for microtia and ear surgery at UC Irvine Medical Center and Children's Hospital of Orange County.

My educational journey took me from the University of California, Berkeley, to Yale University for medical school, followed by plastic surgery training at UCLA and craniofacial surgery training at the University of Pittsburgh.

I provide specialized care for pediatric and adult patients. Our team also provides non-surgical options including ear molding for babies.
